1 cup oats (coarsely ground)

1/4-1/4 cup semolina and rice flour

2 green chilies


1 onion

5-6 curry leaves

1 tbsp green coriander

(cut all around)

salt to taste

butter as needed

Mix oats powder, semolina, rice flour, and salt in a bowl and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Add green chilies, onions, curry leaves, green coriander, and a little water to this mixture and make a thick batter.

Spread the batter in a nonstick pan with butter.


Bake till it turns golden on both sides.

Serve with green chutney and sauce.
