Ingredients for making Sabudana Tikki:

- Sabudana 500 grams
-Oil one and a half cups
-2 Boiled Potatoes
-3 Green chili
- Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
-Rock salt as per taste
-Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
-1/2 cup Peanuts


How to make Sabudana Tikki -

  • To make Sabudana Tikki, first, wash the sabudana thoroughly and keep it soaked in water for 2 to 3 hours. Also, keep the potatoes on the other side to boil. When the sabudana gets soaked well and swells a little, then filter its water and separate it. Now take boiled potatoes in a big vessel and mash them well.
  • After this add roasted ground peanuts, finely chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili powder, rock salt, and soaked sabudana and mix well. Now heat the oil in a pan. Now deep fry small tikkis made of a mixture of sabudana and potatoes in oil until they become golden and crisp. You can also serve these tikkis hot with peanut chutney or curd.
