Method of preparation
To make Gulli Boondi, first, make gram flour pudding. To make this pudding, first, take a vessel and take gram flour as mentioned above and add water as required. You don't have to make the halwa too thin. Now stir the curd well so that there are no lumps in it. Then add three teaspoons of oil to this cucumber and mix it well. You have to beat this halwa from one side. Now cover the curd and leave it for 20 minutes. After the pudding is ready, prepare the syrup. To make syrup, first, take a big vessel and heat water in it. When the water becomes slightly hot, add sugar to it.
When the sugar melts a little, add milk to it so that the scum in the syrup rises upwards. Then take out this waste and let it boil. Now add saffron to this syrup. Take out this syrup on a plate and check whether the syrup is ready or not. Finally, add cardamom powder to this syrup and leave it for a few minutes. After making sugar syrup, heat ghee in a pan and make boondi. When the ghee is hot, put the Zara on the pan.
Now spread the boondi pudding on a little bit and the boondi will start falling. When this boondi falls in ghee, stir it with a spoon. Then dip this boondi in the syrup. Then Guli Boondi is ready. Put dry fruits on this boondi and keep it in the prasad.
