Milk Cake Recipe: Make Delicious Milk Cake at Home

Ingredients Required –

Milk – 2.5 liters

Sugar – 1 cup (250 grams)

Ghee – tsp

Lemon – 1

Cardamom powder – 1 tsp

Method of preparation - -

To make milk cake, first put milk in a heavy-bottomed kadhai or pan and keep it hot

- first cook the milk on high flame only. Keep stirring the milk when the milk comes to a boil (it is very important to stir the milk continuously, otherwise the milk may stick to the bottom of the pan and burn it)

- the milk has to be cooked till 1/3 of the milk remains. When the milk remains 1/3, then slow down the gas.

Now to make the milk granular, add 3-4 spoons of water to the juice of one lemon and mix it and let the milk remain on low flame for 1/2 minute without stirring (by adding lemon juice, the milk becomes fine-grained).

After half a minute, cook the milk again, stirring continuously, until it thickens a little more, keep the gas slow now

- when the milk becomes thick and grainy, add sugar to it and cook while stirring continuously.

-The milk has to be cooked till the consistency is solid. When the milk thickens well, its color also starts turning light brown. The good smell also starts coming. Our mixture is ready

- slow down the gas and keep stirring continuously. Now add cardamom powder and mix it well.

To make cardamom powder, peel the cardamom and take out its grains and grind them well and prepare the powder

, take a small bowl for making milk cake, and grease it with ghee.

The mixture is cooked to the desired consistency, turn off the gas and put the mixture in the pan, and cover it well so that the mixture gets set properly.

Keep the milk cake to freeze, it gets ready in about 24 hours.
