Ingredients of Masala French Toast

  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 red chili powder
  • 1/2 black pepper powder
  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chilies, coriander leaves, chaat masala
  • butter (you can also use oil)

How to Make Masala French Toast

1. First finely chop green chilies, coriander leaves, onions, and tomatoes. Mix well and keep aside. Masala French Toast

2. Now cut the bread slices diagonally in half. You will get 8 triangles. (You can also make them rectangles, squares, small or big). Masala French Toast

3. Break eggs in a mixing bowl. Add milk, salt, red chili powder, and black pepper powder while beating the eggs. Mix well. Masala French Toast

4. Melt some butter in a pan on medium-low heat. Dip two bread slices parallel to the egg-milk mixture, carefully turning it once with your hands. Masala French Toast

5. Once both sides are coated, lift them and place them on the hot pan. Masala French Toast

6. Once cooked on both sides, take them out and place them on a wire cooling rack or a plate covered with a kitchen paper towel. Masala French Toast
