There are many varieties of mango. It includes Dussehri, Langra, Chausa etc. This fruit is very fond of in Indian homes (mangoes) and is enjoyed. Mango Salad

First, chop green coriander and 1 green chili. Add a spoonful of lemon juice to it. Add salt as per taste. Add 2 tsp chopped onion. Now take a ripe mango. Cut it into small pieces. Mix it well and consume it. You can serve it with food also.

Mango Rice

To make this dish, you will need 1 cup cooked rice, half cup raw mango, half teaspoon mustard seeds, hing, half teaspoon urad dal, half teaspoon chana dal, one teaspoon lemon, 2 green chilies, curry leaves, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt as per taste and 3 tsp oil will be required. To make it, first put oil in a pan. Add mustard to it. Let it fry. After this, add urad dal, chana dal, and green chilies to it. After this add hing, curry leaves, and turmeric powder. After that grate the mango. Cook and cool the rice. Now add grated mango and salt to the tempering. Now mix it with cooked rice and enjoy it.

Mango Ice Cream

The fun of eating mango ice cream in summer is different. You can also make mango ice cream at home. For this, you will need 3 cups of frozen mango pieces, a cup of canned coconut milk, tsp of vanilla essence, and honey or maple syrup. Put all the ingredients in the blender. Blend it till it mixes well. Now take out this mixture in a bowl. Freeze it. After that enjoy it.

Mango Shake

For this, you will need 2 big ripe mangoes, one and a half cups milk, half teaspoon sugar, and 2 to 3 ice cubes. First of all, peel the mango and remove it. Cut it into small pieces. Put it in the mixer. Add milk and sugar to it. Blend it. After that pour it into a glass. Add ice cubes to it. Garnish it with dry fruits and consume it.
