  • To do this exercise, you lie down on the bed.
  • Bring yourself a little against the wall. 
  • Keep your hands flat on the bed. 
  • Bend your knees and place your feet on the wall.
  • Now raise your hips slightly above the bed. 
  • Engage your core. 
  • This is the starting position.
  • Slowly bring the hips back down.
  • Do 3 sets of 15 reps.

Exercise no-2

  • Lie down on the bed on your back. 
  • Bend your knees and place your feet on the wall.
  • Lift your head off the bed.
  • Then try to touch the wall in front of you with your hands.  
  • Now come back to the old position. 
  • Do 3 sets of 15 reps.

Exercise no-3

  • You can also do this exercise lying down. 
  • For this, lie on your back on the bed. 
  • Like the first exercise, lie nears the wall. 
  • Place your feet on the wall. 
  • Then extend the legs upwards in steps. 
  • Now come back down. 
  • While doing this, there is a lot of impact on the stomach along with your hips and legs. 
  • Do 3 sets of 15 reps of this exercise.
