8 slices of bread (cut into large pieces)
3/4-3/4 cup semolina, buttermilk, and water
Half teaspoon red chili powder and turmeric powder
2 green chilies, cup beans, and 1 onion (all three finely chopped)
1 carrot and cup cabbage (both grated)
Chaat masala and salt as per taste
oil as required
Grind bread cubes, semolina, buttermilk, and water in a mixer.
To bake, mix all the ingredients except oil and keep them for 20 minutes.
Apply a little oil to a nonstick pan and pour 2 tbsp bread batter.
Apply oil and bake the pancakes till golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
