To make Veg Spring Roll, these things are needed-

Maida - 100 grams

Cabbage - 1 cup (finely chopped)

Carrot - 1 cup (finely chopped)

Onion - 1 cup (finely chopped)

Capsicum - 1 cup (finely chopped ) Chopped )

Green Chillies - 2 (finely chopped)

Ginger - 1 inch

Black pepper - 1 tsp

Red chili powder - 1 tsp

Ajinomoto - 1 tsp

Salt - as needed

Oil - for frying

Paneer - 50 g Mashed

Soya sauce - 1 spoon


How to make Veg Spring Rolls -

To make Veg Spring Rolls, first of all, take all-purpose flour and prepare its solution by adding water.

Let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

For stuffing, put oil in a pan.

After this add all the vegetables to it and fry for 2 minutes.

Then add red chili powder, black pepper, Ajinomoto, soya sauce and salt to it.

Roast all these well and turn off the gas. Now let it cool down.

After this, put oil in a pan and cook it by adding maida solution to it.

When it is cooked, take it out and set it aside.

After this put stuffing on the wrapper of this maida.

After this, give it the shape of a spring roll and deep fry it in oil.

When it becomes golden brown, take it out and set it aside.
