Ingredients for Walnut Kebab
-Walnuts - cup pieces
-Potato - 2 medium boiled
-Paneer - 2 tbsp
-Degi chili powder - tsp
-Kashmiri chili powder - tsp
-Garam masala - tsp
-Coriander Powder - tsp
-Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
-Green chili - 2 chopped
-Oil - 4 tbsp
-salt to taste

Walnut Kebab Recipe
1- Blanch the walnuts to make kebabs and cut them into pieces.
2- Now grate the boiled potatoes and cheese.
3- In a mixing bowl add potatoes, paneer, oil, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chilies, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, degi chili, and walnuts.
4- Now mix all these things well and keep it.
5- Make a kebab-like shape from them and keep all the prepared kebabs in the freezer for half an hour.
6- Heat oil in a pan and fry the kebabs on medium flame till they turn golden from both sides.
7- Keep the fried kebabs on tissue paper.
8- Tasty walnut kebabs are ready, you eat them with chutney.
