-1-1 cup semolina, sugar powder, and coconut (grated)

-half cup curd and butter

-2 tbsp milk

-1-1 tsp cornflour and baking powder

-half tsp baking soda


-2 drops of vanilla essence

-pinch of salt

-1 tbsp all-purpose flour (for dusting)

Grease the cake tin with butter.

Sprinkle the flour on top and take out the extra flour.

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and beat it.

Pour the solution into the tin.


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. But preheat it.

Place the cake tin in a preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes.

Cut into pieces and serve.
