2 cups wheat flour
1 tbsp gram flour
2 tsp oil
1 tbsp Kasoorimethi
salt to taste
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
water as required
oil for frying khakhra


 How to make Methi Khakhra
First of all, take 2 cups of wheat flour in a vessel, and mix one tablespoon of gram flour in it. After this add salt as per taste.
Now add one big spoon of crushed fenugreek to this mixture, then add a small spoon of turmeric powder, a small spoon of red chilli powder, small spoon of cumin powder.
After mixing the mixture properly, add two tablespoons of oil to it. After this knead it while adding water. Mash the flour until it becomes smooth.
After kneading the dough, keep it covered for 10 to 20 minutes. Then take a round ball and roll it in the shape of a roti with dry flour.
If it is not able to make a round shape, then with the help of a utensil, cut it into a roti-sized round.
After this, after the griddle becomes slightly hot, put it on it. Roast the methi khakhra on a very low flame till it becomes crispy on both sides.
