Ingredients for Kesar Kulfi
Two cups of milk, one cup of condensed milk (if you want, you can make condensed milk at home.), two spoons of cornflour, one spoon of cardamom powder, two spoons of almonds, cut it into pieces, eight to ten cashews cut it into fine pieces. How to make Kesar Kulfi
-First of all, boil milk in a pan by putting it on the gas. After it comes to a boil, add condensed milk to the milk. Mix both well and cook on low flame. Now put crushed cardamom seeds in it. Stirring well with the help of a spoon, cook till it comes to a boil.

-When it boils well and becomes thick, add cashew and almond pieces to it. Cook this milk on low flame. Now add saffron fibers and cardamom powder in a spoonful of boiled milk and mix it. Add cornflour along with saffron and cardamom powder. Now put this mixture in boiling milk.

-The milk will start to thicken as soon as the cornflour and saffron mixture is added. Stir it fast so that no lumps form in the milk. Remove the kulfi mixture from the gas and keep it aside to cool down. When it comes to room temperature, pour it into the kulfi mould. Leave these molds to set in the freezer for seven to eight hours. When it settles well, put the kulfi stick and slowly take out all the kulfi. Just serve it and enjoy cold kulfi.
