Ingredients to make Karachi Halwa
1 cup - corn flour
Half cup - Desi ghee
2 cups – Sugar
Half cup – Cashews finely chopped
One spoon – Pistachios finely chopped
Half a teaspoon - Tatari

Karachi Halwa Recipe
Step 1
Take corn flour in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup water to it. Mix both these things well.

Step – 2
Keep a pan on the flame. Prepare sugar syrup by adding sugar and water to it.

Step – 3
Now add corn flour solution in sugar syrup. Mix all these things well. Cook this mixture for 10 minutes.

Step – 4
When the pudding becomes thick, add half a teaspoon of ghee to it. Let it cook for some time. Then add tartar to it and mix.

Let it cook for 2 minutes. Now put the remaining ghee in it. Keep stirring it continuously.

After this, add finely chopped cashews to it. Add cardamom powder to it. Mix it well.

After this stir the halwa until it is ready to set.
