International Yoga Day 2022: Regular yoga is very important for our mental and physical condition. In such a situation, you can do many types of yoga to balance the imbalanced hormones in the body.

Due to an imbalance of hormones in the body, symptoms like skin problems, poor sleep at night, headache, irregular periods and fatigue, etc.  In such a situation, you can do some yogasanas to balance the hormones.

Bhujangasana - To do this asana, lie down on your stomach on a yoga mat.  Keep your hands near your chest.  Take a deep breath.  Raise your head, shoulders, and neck upwards.  Look upwards.  Stay in this position for some time.  After that come back to the previous position.

Malasana- To do this asana, sit in a squat position on a yoga mat. Now bring your hands to the inner part of the knees. Join your hands. Stay in this position for some time.

Ustrasana – To do this asana, keep your knees on the ground. Keep your upper body straight. Roll your shoulders back a little. Push your hips, chest, and thighs backward. Keep your eyes straight. Stay in this pose for some time.

Setu Bandhasana – To do this asana, lie down on your back on a yoga mat. Bend your knees. Keep your hands on the side. Raise your waist. Keep your hands on the ground below your waist. Stay in this posture for a while and come back to this position.
