1. Classic Coconut Chutney
For this you will need one cup coconut, one finely chopped green chilli, 2 teaspoons ginger, half teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons tamarind paste and one teaspoon coconut oil. To make it, grind coconut, green chili, ginger, salt and tamarind paste together. Add coconut oil to it and your coconut chutney is ready.

2. Peanut and Coconut Chutney
For this you will need one cup peanuts, 3 garlic cloves, 2 finely chopped onions, 3 teaspoons oil, 3 teaspoons coconut, curry leaves, 2 to 3 dry red chilies, 1 teaspoon jaggery and 2 teaspoons tamarind powder and salt. To make this, first roast the peanuts in a pan for 10 minutes and keep them to cool. Now put oil in the pan and fry garlic, red chili and onion in it. When the onions become slightly soft, add tamarind, salt and jaggery to it. On the other hand, make a powder by blending coconut and peanuts in a blender and add the prepared batter to it. Your chutney is ready.


3. Coconut and Ginger Chutney
To make this, you will need one cup of coconut powder, 2 pieces of ginger, 3 green chilies, tamarind powder, salt, and one teaspoon of coconut oil. To make it, grind all the things well and now put it in a bowl and add coconut oil to it. Your coconut and ginger chutney is ready.
