Necessary ingredients
- 200 grams or one packet noodles
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- 1 cup grated cabbage
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped capsicum
- 2 finely chopped green chillies


To make chowmein, first boil the noodles. After this, put oil in a big pan and heat it. After this, add onion and fry it on high flame and keep stirring. Now add cabbage, green chillies and capsicum and fry it. Now add soy sauce and vinegar to it. After this add the boiled chowmein noodles and stir it. Add salt, pepper powder, chili sauce to it and mix it well. If you want, grated carrots and grated cheese can also be added to it. You can also add sauce of your choice or serve it separately.
