Rajasthan Home Guard Recruitment 2023: Notification of employment based on honorarium for 3842 volunteers in Rajasthan Home Department was issued on Monday, January 9, 2023. Applications for these posts can be made from January 12.

Rajasthan Home Guard Recruitment 2023: Job news for candidates seeking job opportunities for 8th pass in Rajasthan. Under the Directorate of Home Defense, Government of Rajasthan, a notification has been issued for the recruitment of 3,842 posts of volunteers in various district training centers of Home Defense and companies of battalions of Border Home Defense Force. According to the release issued by the Directorate on Monday, January 9, 2023, 30 percent of the total vacancies announced are reserved for women candidates.

However, candidates should note that the Rajasthan Home Defense Volunteer is not a government employee and is employed by the Home Defense Department on a fixed honorarium basis in various departments and companies. At present, this honorarium is fixed at 693 per working day, which will be given on employment as a home guard. At the same time, an honorarium of Rs 590 per working day will be given on employment as a class IV employee.

For employment as a volunteer under Rajasthan Home Department, candidates must have passed the 8th class examination from a recognized board. Also, the age of the candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 35 years as on 1st January 2023. It means that the candidate must have been born not later than 1st January 2005 and not earlier than 1st January 1988.
