Ingredients
For dhokla

-2 cups semolina (rava)

-2 tsp ginger-green chili paste

-2 tsp oil

-2 cups sour curd

-½ cup water

-half tsp sugar

-1 packet of fruit salt

-salt to taste

To touch

-1 tbsp oil

-1/2 tsp mustard seeds and white sesame seeds

-2 green chilies (cut lengthwise)

-few curry leaves

-little coriander (chopped)

Method
Mix all the ingredients to make Dhokla and beat it well.

Keep covered for 30 minutes.

Add the fruit salt and beat again.

Spread the batter on a greased plate and cook in steam on low flame for 10 minutes.

When it cools down, cut it into the desired shape.

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, sesame seeds, and green chilies.

Take it off the flame and spread it on the dhokla.

Serve garnished with green coriander.
