For cheela

-1 cup moong dal (soaked and water drained)

-4-5 green chilies

-salt to taste

-As required oil/ghee for baking


For topping
half cup mixed sprouts (boiled and coarsely ground)

half cup paneer (grated)

half tsp chaat masala

salt to taste

2 green chilies (chopped)

1 tbsp Green Coriander (chopped)

Mix all the ingredients.

For cheela

Grind moong dal, green chili, salt, and half a cup of water in a mixer to a fine paste.

Spread the batter of lentils by applying oil/ghee in a nonstick pan.

Place cheese topping in the middle.


Apply oil/ghee on the sides and cook the cheese on low flame till golden brown.

Bake till

Serve with coconut chutney.
