Ingredients
4 bread

3 tbsp butter

For filling
2 tbsp thick curd (drained)

Half capsicum, onion, cucumber, and tomato (all finely chopped)

1/2 tsp red chili powder and chaat masala, salt, and black pepper powder as per taste

Method
Mix all the filling ingredients well.

Put the filling on one slice of bread and cover it with the other.

Apply butter on a nonstick pan and bake the sandwich till it turns golden brown from both sides.

Serve with tomato sauce.
