For stir fry

-1 tbsp oil

-½ cup carrots (cut lengthwise)


-1-1 cup Mushroom (cut into slices) and Broccoli (cut into pieces)

-Half cup red-yellow-green capsicum (chopped)

-2 baby corns (cut into chunks)

-3 tsp ginger-garlic paste

-salt and pepper powder as per taste

For the sauce
1/4-1/4 cup vegetable stock and soy sauce

3 tbsp honey

2 tsp cornflour (2 tbsp mixed)


Heat oil in a pan and fry carrots and mushrooms for 3-4 minutes.

After adding all the remaining vegetables, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and black pepper powder and adding 2 tbsp water, cook till they become soft.

Mix all the ingredients for making the sauce in another bowl.

Add this and the cornflour solution to the vegetables and cook till it thickens.

Switch off the flame and serve hot.
