Ingredients for making Moong Cheela
One hundred grams of moong dal, one tomato. Onion one, beetroot, carrot, capsicum, green chili, ginger, garlic, green coriander finely chopped, chaat masala, baking soda, oil, and salt as per taste.

How to make Moong Cheela
To make moong ka cheela, first, wash and clean the moong dal. Then soak it in water for at least 2 hours. In a bowl, chop all the vegetables, tomato, beet, and onion, and keep it. After two hours, filter the water of moong dal and put it in a mixer jar. Grind ginger pieces and garlic in a jar by adding a little water. Add little water while grinding the lentils. So that the paste becomes thick.

Take out the moong dal paste in a bowl, add baking soda, salt, and turmeric and mix it well. Beat it once. Take a nonstick pan and heat it. Pour oil on it and spread it. When the tawa is hot enough, spread the moong paste on it. Then put the chopped vegetables on top of it and also add green coriander along with it. Add chaat masala and salt on top and let it cook. Press it well with the help of a spatula. So that all the vegetables stick to it.

After roasting well on one side, gently turn it over. Apply oil from both sides and cook it well. Delicious moong ka cheela is ready. Serve it with chutney or tomato sauce.
