Health tips : Keep yourself healthy with these tips


Get up early if possible for good health so that both your body and mind are fit

Wake up in the morning and drink 3-4 glasses of lukewarm water without brushing, due to which the toxins come out of the body.

Breakfast makes up 50 percent of our health, take cereal cheese, sprouted lentils, seasonal fruits, or dry fruits with juice in the diet

Give at least 20 minutes to exercise, morning walk, or yoga practice in the morning.

To stay healthy, either reduce or leave sugar, use jaggery, honey, or sugar candy instead.

Minimize the use of salt, you can use rock salt instead

Have lunch in the afternoon and dinner at night time, it is better to take nutritious food in the diet.

At least include fast food in your diet, if possible, make fast food at home.

Meditation is necessary to stay healthy, do it for at least 15 minutes in the morning or evening.
