Required Ingredients:
- Two cups mixed sprouts (soaked moong, black gram, wheat, peanuts)
- One boiled potato
- Half cup boiled Kabuli chana
- Half finely chopped capsicum
- Chaat masala
- Coriander leaves
- Half finely chopped tomato
- One spoon Lemon juice
- Black salt
- One finely chopped green chili
- Half finely chopped onion
You can make it this way:
First of all, lightly cook the mixed sprouts in a pan.
Now mix all the things with sprouts in a big vessel.
Now put green coriander leaves on top of it.
