It is winter season and in this season water is drunk in very less quantity. In such a situation, drinking less water can cause many diseases. Among them, women have more of this problem. In such a situation, if you are also drinking less water, then you also need to pay attention. Especially women can face many problems due to the lack of water in winter. 

During the winter season, according to the doctor, pregnant women should take special care of themselves. All checkups should be done regularly. Eat fruits and vegetables that come in this season. Also, keep drinking lukewarm water from time to time. So that you don't have any problem. 

Along with exercise, women should take full care of their health. Do light exercise regularly. Take a walk and do small household chores. This is good exercise. Walk for at least 30 minutes daily.
