In that state, going to bed immediately after eating the fruit can lead to insomnia. Do not go to bed immediately after eating some fruits. Fruits contain more sugar than other food groups. If you just want to eat fruit for dinner then no problem. Just remember to go to bed after half an hour.

Consume less sweet and pungent fruits:


It is best to eat fruits in the evening. Especially people suffering from obesity, lack of sleep, constipation, high blood pressure, and other conditions should consume fruits at this time. Choose fruits that are less sweet and sour. Seasonal fruits can be eaten, such as banana varieties that are not too sour, ripe mangoes that are less sweet, apple, papaya, guava, chikoo, watermelon, dragon fruit, etc. People who have had a stroke before can also eat fruits that are high in fiber and have less sweetness and sourness in between meals.
