-Mixing 3-4 drops of lemon juice with a pinch of cardamom powder in half a teaspoon of honey and taking it twice a day provides a lot of relief for cold and cough.

-Drink tea mixed with ginger, black pepper, and basil to get relief from cold and flu.

-Boil the flax seeds till they become thick. Then mixing honey and lemon juice in it cures cough.
