Ingredients for Green Chilli Pakodas
Cut four to six pickled green chilies from the middle and remove the seeds inside. So that it does not remain sharp at all. How to make Green Chilli Pakodas
First of all, prepare the batter. For this, prepare a thick batter by adding water to the gram flour. Add salt, red chili powder, and a little bit of chaat masala powder to this solution as per taste. Keep this solution aside. Now mash the boiled potatoes. Add finely chopped green chili, red chili powder, finely chopped onion, garlic, and ginger paste. Along with salt, amchur powder as per taste. Add garam masala and cumin powder and mash everything with potatoes.

Now take out the pickled green chilies, in which all the seeds have been removed. Fill the potato mixture in it well. Now heat the pan. Add oil to it and heat it. Dip the pickled green chilies stuffed with potatoes in a thick batter of gram flour. And put this dipped chili in the hot oil of the pan and fry it till it becomes golden. Just hot green chili pakodas will be ready. Serve it with green chutney.
