Ingredients of Hara Chana Kebab
- 1 bowl of green gram
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp mint leaves, finely chopped
- a handful of coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 green chilies 1 tsp roasted cumin
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp coriander powder and a pinch of asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 cup rice flour Few drops of lemon juice Oil, for shallow frying
How to make Hara Chana Kebab
1. To begin with, take a blender, add all the ingredients and grind till it becomes a smooth and fine paste.
2. When the paste is ready, divide it into 10-12 small balls. Then flatten these balls with the help of your palms.
3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry all the kebabs till they become crispy and golden. Ps: You can also air fry the kebabs.
