Ingredients of Hara Chana Kebab

  • 1 bowl of green gram
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves, finely chopped
  • a handful of coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 green chilies 1 tsp roasted cumin
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp coriander powder and a pinch of asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 cup rice flour Few drops of lemon juice Oil, for shallow frying

How to make Hara Chana Kebab

1. To begin with, take a blender, add all the ingredients and grind till it becomes a smooth and fine paste.

2. When the paste is ready, divide it into 10-12 small balls. Then flatten these balls with the help of your palms.

3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry all the kebabs till they become crispy and golden. Ps: You can also air fry the kebabs.
