However, carrot pudding is also available in the market. Often people are not able to make carrot pudding at home like at the market. In such a situation, buy halwa from the market itself. But in this winter season, you will be able to make carrot halwa at home that tastes like the market and is full of flavor. Here the easy method of making carrot pudding is told.


Ingredients for Carrot Halwa
One kilo of large carrots, one-liter cream milk, mawa, sugar, ghee, almonds, cashews, and raisins.

Carrot Halwa Recipe
Step 1- Wash the carrots thoroughly and grate them.

Step 2- Heat ghee in a pan.

Step 3- Then add grated carrot in it, cover it and let it cook on low flame.

Step 4- When the carrot is cooked, add milk to it and mix.

Step 5- Now let it cook for about 20-25 minutes.


Step 6- When the milk starts drying, mix mawa and sugar and cook for a few minutes. Keep stirring the pudding in between.

Step 7- Fry till the water dries up. Add some ghee on top.

Step 8- The more you cook the halwa, the more it tastes. Now turn off the gas and add dry fruits to it.

Carrot pudding is ready. Serve everyone.
