200 grams- Grapes
1 large pomegranate
1 large ripe mango
1 medium apple
200 grams fresh cream
150 g sugar
1/4 cup vanilla custard
1 liter full cream milk
Fruit Custard Recipe
-To make fruit custard, first put milk in a vessel to boil.
- Save 3/4 cup cold milk from the milk and mix custard powder in this milk and mix it well. Be careful not to get lumps.
-When the milk boils for a while, add the custard mixture to it.
-Now keep stirring the milk continuously with the help of a spoon and keep mixing the custard solution well.
-Add sugar to it and cook the custard and milk for another 7-8 minutes.
- Whip the cream to pour into the custard.
-Now peel all the fruits and chop them finely. Peel the pomegranate, take out the grains and cut the grapes into two pieces.
-When the custard is cooked, turn off the gas and when it cools down, add chopped fruits and cream and mix.
-Now keep the prepared fruit custard in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Serve it when it cools down.
