Method to make Potato-Bread Chaat - First of all heat ghee in a pan and bake the bread till it becomes golden and crispy. After this, mash the boiled potatoes in a separate bowl and add chopped tomatoes, onions, and coriander to it. Now add roasted cumin powder, salt, red chili powder, and chaat masala to this mixture and mix well. Now place the potato stuffing on top of the crispy bread. After this, you add mashed curd, green chutney, and tamarind chutney top of it and now add black salt, bhujia, papdi, or any salt on top. After this enjoy it by garnishing it with pomegranate and lemon.
