Ingredients to make Garlic Lachha Paratha-

3 cups flour

1 tbsp garlic paste 2 tbsp oil

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 cups hot water

for garlic butter

3 tbsp melted butter

2 green chilies, finely chopped

1 tbsp garlic paste (grated)

1/4 tsp salt

1 tbsp finely chopped coriander

oil for baking paratha

Method of making Garlic Lachha Paratha - 

For your information, let us tell you that to make Garlic Lachha Paratha or Garlic Lachha Paratha, take flour in a utensil. Now add garlic paste, oil, and salt to the flour and mix well. After that add hot water little by little and mix it with a spoon. Now leave it like this for 5 minutes so that the flour gets moisture. After 5 minutes, start kneading the dough, if needed add some more water. Now knead it well for 5 minutes to make a soft dough. Now apply one spoon of oil to the dough and leave it for 15-20 minutes.

After that, after the garlic paratha dough is ready, prepare the garlic butter applied in it. Now for this add butter, garlic paste, salt, green chilies, and green coriander in a bowl and mix well. Now take an equal number of rotis of flour. After this, take one roti and sprinkle flour on it, and roll it into a thin ball. 

After this, now keep this bread together in a layer like Lachha Paratha. Now make a ball by rolling the layer into a round shape. After this apply a little plaster on it and take a thick paratha roll. Now put the paratha on the griddle and bake it well by applying ghee on both sides. After this, make the rest of the parathas in the same way. Finally, eat and feed Garlic Lachha Paratha with desired chutney.
