If you have brought spinach for dinner tonight, then we are going to tell you how you can make spinach koftas. Let us tell you that spinach koftas are very tasty to eat, although they take a little more time to make. So let's know the method of making spinach koftas.

Ingredients for making Spinach Kofta-

1 cup finely chopped and boiled spinach

1/2 cup besan

2 small onions finely chopped

1 tsp oil

2 tsp fresh garlic and grated ginger

1 green chili finely chopped

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1 pinch asafoetida

1 pinch of baking powder

salt to taste

For curry -

1 medium-sized onion

1 tsp garlic

1 small piece of ginger

2 green chilies

2 tbsp tomato paste

3 tbsp curd

2 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp garam masala

3 tbsp oil

2 tbsp fresh cream and cream

2 tbsp milk

2 tbsp green coriander finely chopped

salt to taste

To make kofta - for your information, firstly squeeze the boiled pal and keep all the water aside, now put chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, green chili, salt, oil, and spinach in it. Give. After which add gram flour and all the spices and knead a soft dough, if it seems too hard, then add the squeezed water of spinach to it and make it soft. 

Now if it seems too wet then add a little more besan. Make 15-18 koftas from the kneaded dough. After this, heat oil in a pan, when the oil becomes hot enough, reduce the flame to medium and keep 5-6 koftas for frying. Now leave it like this for some time and then flip it and fry it from the other side as well. Now stir fry it slowly till it turns golden brown. Fry all in this way.

To make curry - First of all, make a paste by mixing onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Now put oil in a pan and heat it, put onion paste in hot oil, and fry it, when the water dries up, add coriander powder, turmeric, and red chili powder and fry it. After this add tomato paste and cook till the oil separates. Add 3 cups of water, cover, and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Now add cream and milk and cook for some more time. Cook for 2 minutes to eat garam masala and koftas. After which now turn off the flame and carefully take it out of the serving bowl. Now garnish it with fresh cream and green coriander and serve hot with roti and rice.
