Ingredients for making Egg Paratha-

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 big chopped green chili
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • black pepper as required
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • water as required
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
  • salt as required
  • pinch turmeric
  • 1/2 tbsp ghee

Method of making egg parathas-

​​For your information, let us tell you that, first of all, prepare wheat flour by kneading it with the help of hot water and oil. Keep it aside for 20 minutes. Then put eggs, chopped vegetables, salt, pepper, red chili powder, and turmeric in a bowl. Now flatten the Rotis like bread with the help of a rolling pin. After which heat ghee in a pan and then add paratha. Cook the paratha halfway from both sides and take it out on a plate. Open the top layer of the paratha.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan. When the egg is half cooked, place the paratha on top of it. Press it lightly with your hand so that the omelet sticks to the paratha. Now cook it from the other side also. Omelette is cooked well or not and the paratha has turned light brown. Take your egg paratha is ready.
