How to make Sabudana Appe
To make appe's batter, first, grind the sabudana in a mixer jar. Then add curd and beat it and keep aside. Now mash the boiled potatoes. Grate the cottage cheese and mix it with the mashed potatoes. Also, add green chili paste to it. Chop green coriander leaves and mix them. Add rock salt to taste.

Heat the stand of Appe on the gas. Put some desi ghee in it. And put the sabudana batter in it. Also, add some potato and paneer stuffing. Then pour a little more batter over it. So that the stuffing is in the middle. Now cover it and let it cook for about ten to fifteen minutes. Remove the lid and flip it and cook for a while. Sabudana ke appe is ready.
