Yes, it is not at all necessary that you go to the gym to exercise. Exercise can be done at home with weights even without a gym. We will tell you about weight loss exercises with the help of a water bottle.

1. First Exercise

  • To do this, stand up straight. 
  • Keep the back straight. 
  • Then hold the bottle with both hands and keep it in line with your eyes. 
  • Now first make a complete circle from the left side. 
  • After that, from the right. 
  • Do this at least 7-8 times.

2. Second Exercise

  • To do this, stand up straight. 
  • Holding the bottle full of water in the right hand, bring it exactly in line with the eyes. 
  • Now slowly raise the hand upwards while opening it completely. 
  • While taking it up, the elbows should not be bent, it has to be taken care of. 
  • Then bend the hands and bring the hand back in line with the eyes. 
  • Similarly, do this exercise first 8-10 times with the right hand and then with the left hand.

3. Third Exercise 

  • To do this, stand up straight. 
  • Then hold the bottle with both hands and move it towards the back of the head. 
  • Now slowly raise the hand upwards and then take it down. 
  • This is a great exercise to build triceps. 
  • Try to do this exercise at least 7-8 times.

4. Fourth Exercise

  • Do this exercise first with the right hand and then with the left hand. 
  • Hold the bottle full of water in your right hand. 
  • Stick the elbow to the waist. 
  • Now without moving the elbow, slowly bring the hand up and then down. 
  • With the daily practise of this exercise, you can make biceps without dumbbells.

5. Fifth Exercise

  • In this exercise, hold the bottle in your right hand.
  • Then spread the left hand in the line of the shoulder or keep it on the waist. 
  • Now take the hand which is holding the bottle from the back of the head to the shoulder of the other hand. 
  • Then move the arm straight up and then to the shoulder. 
  • Do this at least 7-8 times with one hand and then with the other hand.

You too can lose weight and keep yourself fit by doing these exercises with the help of a bottle.
