How to make Ragi Idli

First of all, roast semolina in a pan on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool down. Take a big bowl, and add semolina, ragi, curd, green coriander, and salt to this bowl. Mix all the ingredients, and add water little by little till you get a smooth batter. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.

Now take the batter and add a pinch of baking soda to it. Take out a tray from your idli steamer, and grease it with some oil. Carefully pour the idli batter into the mold. Place it in a steamer and steam for 6-7 minutes. After steaming, let it cool for 2-3 minutes, then start de-molding. Rava Idli is ready!
