In a desk job, one has to sit in one place for hours and due to this most of the back pain occurs. Along with this, stiffness is also felt in the muscles. Due to feeling tired and in pain in the office, one does not feel like working and the workload starts increasing. Apart from eating right, it is also important to stay fit and for this, you need to follow a routine. Let us tell you some easy exercises which you can do even while staying in the office.


Desk Pushups
Everyone can't do pushups, but almost everyone can do desk pushups. To do this, stand at a distance from the desk and then place both palms on the corner of the desk. Now try to reach the chest on the edge of the desk. By doing this both boredom and sleep will run away.

Calf rage
By doing this exercise, there is strength in the muscles and fatigue is also removed. To do this, stand straight and then lift the ankles in the air. If you feel comfortable, try standing on your toes. Get up like this in between and then stand normally and give rest to the feet. Do 3 sets of 15 reps of this exercise in the office.

To do this exercise, stairs will have to be used. If you want, you can do it through any solid thing as well. You have to go up and down the same ladder. Keep in mind that during this time only one foot will be on the ladder and the other will be down.


Meditation is beneficial for health in many ways and its biggest feature is that it is very easy to do. All you have to do is sit on the chair in front of your desk and close your eyes for a few minutes. You should do mindful meditation in which you should focus only on what is going on today.
