Ingredients to make Dahi Kebab
Curd - 1/2 cup
Grated cheese – 1/2 cup
Chopped onions - 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts chopped - 3 tbsp
Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Green chili chopped - 2
Green coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Sugar – 1 pinch
Oil - for frying
salt - as per taste

Dahi Kebab Recipe
To make Dahi Kebab, first, chop the onion finely. After this, finely chop green chilies and coriander leaves. Now take paneer and grate it. After this, put oil in a pan, put onions in it, and fry them. After this, take out the fried onions in a bowl and keep them. Now take a big bowl and add curd to it and whisk it well.

After this add grated paneer to the curd. After mixing the cheese, add fried onion, and 5 tbsp bread crumbs to the curd and mix. After this add finely chopped cashews, green coriander leaves, and green chilies to the mixture and mix. After this add red chilies, garam masala, and a pinch of sugar and salt as per taste and mix well and prepare the mixture.

Now take a little mixture in your hands and make potato tikki-shaped kebabs out of it. After this, put each kebab in bread crumbs and wrap it well from all sides and keep it separately on a plate. After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, put curd kebabs in it and deep fry. Fry them until the color of the Dahi Kebab turns golden. After this, take them off a plate. Similarly, fry all the curd kebabs. Now serve them with chutney or tomato sauce.
