To make crispy pakodas, mix a little rice flour while making the gram flour batter.

Pakoras can be made crispy by mixing two spoons of arrowroot in gram flour.

Use cold water while mixing gram flour.

While making vegetable fritters, cut the vegetables thinly.

Keep the oil temperature right while making crispy pakodas.

Pakodas should be fried by keeping the oil on medium flame.

To make the fritters absorb less oil, add half a teaspoon of salt to the oil.
