If you want to eat something special for dinner, then you can make dry paneer Manchurian made in Chinese style. It is tasty to eat and easy to make too.


-250 grams paneer (cut into square pieces)
-3 tbsp cornflour
-1-1 tbsp all-purpose flour and ginger-garlic paste
-1-1 capsicum and onion
-3 green chilies (all three finely chopped)
-1/4 cup chopped green onions
-2 tbsp tomato sauce, soy sauce, and green chili sauce
-oil for frying
-salt to taste
-water as required


Make a thick batter by adding cornflour, all-purpose flour, half a tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste, salt, and water as required in a bowl.

Marinate the pieces of paneer in this solution and keep them for 15-20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the pieces of marinated paneer till they turn golden brown.

Add remaining ginger-garlic paste, capsicum, onion, and green chilies to the remaining oil and fry.

Add all the remaining ingredients and fried paneer pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Serve garnished with green onions.
