Ingredients for making Chili Garlic Paneer
Paneer - 250 grams
Green chili paste - 1 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Green chilies whole - 2
Garlic buds - 7-8
Virgin Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Curd - 1/4 cup
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
salt - as per taste

How to make Chili Garlic Paneer
First, cut the paneer into small cubes. Put cheese in a bowl. Now add curd, mango powder, salt, red chili powder, and garam masala to it to marinate. Mix it well and keep it aside. Keep a pan on the gas. Add oil to it and heat it well. Now add green chili and garlic paste, chopped garlic, and chopped green chili and stir it.


When it turns golden brown, add marinated paneer to it. Cover it on low flame and let it cook for 5 minutes. You can also add chopped coriander leaves to it as desired. Chilli Garlic Paneer is ready to serve for lunch or dinner. If you want, you can also mix a little water in it.
