Ingredients
5 potatoes (boiled and mashed)

half cup of green peas

2 green chilies (finely chopped)

1/4-1/4 tsp turmeric powder and Kashmiri red chili powder

half tsp cumin powder

cc

amchur powder and chaat masala

salt to taste

2-2 tbsp cornflour

Mint and coriander leaves (chopped)

oil for frying

Method
-Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except oil for frying.

-Make tikkis by taking the mixture with greased hands.

-Apply oil to a nonstick pan and fry the tikkis until they become golden brown.

-Serve with green chutney and tamarind-sweet chutney.
