Chana Dal (one cup)
Oil (as required)
Cumin (one teaspoon)
Two onions (finely chopped)
Garlic (one teaspoon)
Green chilli (finely chopped)
Red Chilli, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Cumin Powder, Turmeric


How to make Cabbage Chana Dal
First, wash the chana dal and then soak it in water for an hour.
Now remove the first layer of cabbage and then cut it into slices with the help of a knife and wash it thoroughly.
Now take a pan and pour oil in it. Now roast cumin seeds in it.
After this, add chopped onions to it and in the meantime fry ginger and garlic in the pan.
Now put chana dal and cabbage in it and cook for a while.
After this add all the spices and let it cook. Meanwhile, add green chilli paste as well.
Let the cabbage and gram dal cook in the spices for a while and then add half a cup of water and cook it again.
