To make this dish, heat mustard oil in a pan, and add curry leaves, red chilies, and cumin seeds. Now add ginger-garlic to it and fry them till they turn brown. After some time add broccoli pieces and let it cook. Add salt as per your taste and let it cook. Your spicy broccoli dish is ready.
You can get double the benefits by eating eggs with broccoli. To make Broccoli Omelette, you will need two egg whites, one egg yolk, green onion, finely chopped broccoli, one spoon of milk, seasoning, Italian seasoning, and one spoon of ghee/oil, chili flakes, and salt. Put oil or ghee in the pan and add onion and broccoli to it. Add seasonings to it and fry for a while. Now take eggs in a vessel and add salt to it and beat it. Now spread it in the prepared broccoli and in a while your broccoli omelet is ready.
Multigrain Broccoli Paratha
