-8 slices of brown bread
-1/4 cup cream cheese
-1 cup carrot (grated)
-3 tbsp raisins
-Few chopped coriander/parsley leaves (optional)
Spread cream cheese on a slice of bread.
Spread grated carrots over it and top it with raisins and green coriander (chopped) or parsley leaves.
Cover with another bread slice smeared with cream cheese.
Cut into triangles or small pieces and serve with green chutney.
