- 1 cup boiled rice
- for the main dish
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup beans
- Garlic as needed
- 1 cup carrots
- salt as needed
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp tomato sauce
Method of Making:
- First of all, take a pan, add oil to it and heat it and add grated garlic, finely chopped onion and fry it till it becomes transparent.
- When the onion is forgotten well, then add chopped carrot beans to it and fry it for two to 3 minutes. Now add salt, chili powder, chili flakes, fried rice, masala, ketchup and vinegar and mix all the ingredients well.
- Now add the cooked rice to the prepared masala, mix it well and close the lid and let it cook for a minute or two so that the flavor of the spice penetrates well into the rice.
- Hot fried rice is ready, garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
