Bread Pakora Chaat Recipe: This is how you can make delicious Bread Pakora Chaat at home


On hearing the name of bread pakoras, even children's mouths water. Yes, it is a famous dish as street food and everyone likes to eat it. Although it is prepared and eaten at home too, as delicious as bread pakoras are, the chaat made from it is even more delicious. Today we are going to tell you how you can make Bread Pakora Chaat at home. 


Necessary Ingredients

4 bread slices

3-4 small boiled potatoes

2 green chilies

salt as

per taste Black salt to taste

1/2 tsp garam masala

1 cup gram flour

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1 tbsp mint chutney

1 tbsp tamarind chutney

1 tsp Sev

1 tbsp Whipped curd

Pomegranate seeds

Oil for deep frying


Method of preparation 

Take a bowl to make potato filling. 

Now put boiled potatoes, green chilies, salt, red chili powder, and garam masala in it. 

Mash the potatoes well. 

Now fill the potato filling in two slices of bread. 

Take a bowl for the batter, and put gram flour, salt, and water in it. 

Mix everything well. Make sure the solution is thick.

Now dip the stuffed bread slices in the batter and deep fry till golden brown. 

Cut the fried bread pakoras into 4 equal parts. 

Place on a plate and pour chutney along with curd. 

After this add mint chutney and then tamarind chutney. 

Add sev, pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves, and chaat masala on top. 

Take bread pakoda chaat is ready.
